The Buschbeck Pizza Insert is a very high quality oven manufactured from high grade stainless steel and featuring a steatite plate. Steatite is a metamorphic rock similar to Jade, also known as Soapstone. Formed during the mighty movements of the continents in the course of ages, steatite has exceptional features including excellent resistance to sudden changes in temperature making it the ultimate in pizza stones.
